Shane Vice

Shane Vice resides in Norman with his wife, Deedra and their two sons: Dalton, a student at the University of Oklahoma, and Brant, a student at Norman North.  A graduate of Cordell High School, Shane obtained a Mortuary Science Degree from the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service in 1988 and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1993. 

Shane is the recipient of numerous industry awards and recognitions including being voted Funeral Director of the Year at the national level by his peers.  He specializes in restorative art creation, allowing families the option of visual closure through personal one-on-one time with their loved ones. 

Shane actively participates and engages in the Norman Community, previously serving on the Board of Directors for the Norman Chamber of Commerce.   His membership affiliations include the Sooner Rotary Club and the Norman Business Association.  Shane’s innovative efforts have resulted in the implementation of the Every 15 Minutes Program, Safe Escape, and the Jim Thorpe Youthful Drinking and Driving Prevention Program.

Shane enjoys traveling with his family, classic muscle car shows, and watching Sooner Sports.

 

Jonathon Winders

Jonathon Winders is a native Oklahoman. He attended Northeast Academy for Health Science and Engineering; a public school designed to attract students toward early career education. While at Northeast Jonathon was active in the health science department which provided a daily program that sought a hands-on approach to the health professions. This was hosted by the University of Oklahoma Health Science School in downtown Oklahoma City.

In December 2009 Jonathon graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma, majoring in Funeral Service.

Jonathon is married and has two beautiful daughters, Madilyn and Kaylee. His wife Lindsay Winders has a degree in Interior Design from the University of Oklahoma and is strong foundation for Jonathon and his career.

Jonathon also prides himself in his hobbies which include: camping, hunting, biking, four wheeling, off-roading, practicing guitar with his friends, working on his classic car, brushing up on his drawing, and hanging out with his dad. Jonathon is an active member of the Sooner Rotary and loves volunteering on projects through rotary.

Brandi Hartman

Brandi Hartman was born and raised in Moore, Ok. She has lived in Norman since 2011 with her husband Josh.

A Licensed Care Specialist since 2012. She is known for sincerity, integrity, and thoughtfulness. In her tenure in the business, she has strived to be someone whom her families and colleagues can put their trust and faith.

She has an unwavering belief that families come first, always placing concern for taking care of them every day.   Valuing relationships over transactions.

Brandi has four loving boys, that are her world.  She welcomed her first granddaughter in 2021. “Fortunately, my granddaughter has no idea how much power she has over me.” To say she is a proud B-ma is an understatement.

Brandi enjoys helping families with preplanning their final arrangements. She also specializes in memorials and monuments.

John Davenport

John grew up in Upstate New York in a small town called Broadalbin.  Graduating High School there in 2001 he knew he always wanted to attend the University of Oklahoma.  His father from Holdenville, Oklahoma always brought him down to visit the family in Oklahoma and John developed a passion to be part of the community here.  

After Graduating in 2006 from the University of Oklahoma he enrolled at the University of Central Oklahoma in Mortuary Science program and became a licensed funeral director.  This began his career serving and caring for the families of the Norman community. 

John and his wife Jennifer live in Norman with their son and daughter.  You may see John pushing his children around town while running, attending sporting events at OU or Thunder games, attending various events in the community and serving his community. 

John serves our team as the Care Specialist Executive Director helping to ensure that all our families know that we can have this discussion prior to someone passing.

Joe Gil

Born Joseph A. Gil, most people know and call him Joe Gil. Joe recently retired after 35 years in the restaurant/hospitality business. He is also retired from the U.S. Army and the Oklahoma Army National Guard. Joe is currently serving as the Executive Director of Le Tour De Vin, a joint Rotary fundraiser, for the combined Rotary Clubs of Norman.

DeAnn Pollard

A life-long Norman resident DeAnn McHughes-Pollard graduated from Norman High School and attended her first year of college at OU.  She continued her education at East Central University in Ada graduating with a Math Education degree.  Following college, she taught Algebra in the Mid-Del school district for 29 years.  After retiring from teaching she worked for a local builder for 19 years as a New Homes Consultant and office assistant.  DeAnn became an Ambassador for Tribute Memorial Care in 2019.  She has found all three careers to be most rewarding because her desire has always been to help people.

 DeAnn married her husband Bill in 1980.  They have five wonderful children, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren as well as their precious toy poodle Hollie.  Bill and DeAnn live in Norman and are active members of Emmaus Baptist Church in OKC where she is secretary for her Sunday School class and is coordinator of Emmaus’ Samaritans Purse Operation Christmas Child Shoebox ministry.

Kathy is a retired registered nurse.  She has two children and four grandchildren who she adores greatly.  She loves spending time with family and friends.  Her hobbies include doing cross stitch and making baby blankets.
